Open Book Allarmi's Carabiniere Reale 1873

Hi this is my first time at posting on open box but here goes and sorry in advance but I can't seem to upload pictures. I saw this figure at Euro 2012 and finally tracked it down via Italian Kits (IK) http://www.italiankits.it/allarmi.html

I am interested in the Continental Armies from about 1840 to 1918 and until recent years there hasn't been many figures produced for this period so it was great for me to be able to final get hold of one of this figure for myself.

On opening the box the figure doesn't disappoint, it is well sculpted and has a good balance. There is a choice of head, either with kepi or bicorne. The only slight downside was the sword knot had broken from the sling but nothing I can't put right.
