Alliance Game Distributors/Armory Primer

For a few years now I have used Armory Primers mainly because I can pick it up a block from my house and its great for mini's. The last few cans died after just a few quick uses so I decided to write a letter about my dissatisfaction with the product. Could never find the maker but Alliance Game was their distributor. I found their site and sent a letter and was actually shocked with a quick response. I was sent double the replacement cans and some brushes, etc from the Army painter system for my troubles. All to often we bitch about bad customer service so I thought I would share some great customer service
