My latest figure to be completed. Almost all in acrylic and inks with some minor oil weathering used on the stone payment on the base. The cuirass, helmet, sword blade and hand guard are the metal of the figure burnished with a sewing needle then coated with a light application of Tamiya smoke color. As always, don't be shy with the criticism. Looking for feedback especially from our UK members whom have seen these men first hand.

This has been very nicely done. I tend to undercoat in Halford or Humbrol primers, but matt sand if there is red/scarlet involved, or white if the top coat is white. I block in large areas with acrylics and shade and highlight with enamels. I always use oils for flesh.

Victory Miniatures has a couple of 120mm mounted Household Cavalry figures and one dismounted in service dress with helmet.

Hi Chuck

Great to see what you've been working on , still a lovely figure and nicely painted

I especially like the boots and the red painting

Impressed with the cuirass effect
