Hi everyone,

Here is my version of Alpine's superb US BAR gunner- 29th infantry. Painted with Vallejo and I did use some oils on the rifle sling. Pigments for weathering. Some odds and ends pieces of plaster brick and scrap for he base.

I know I left you a comment on this figure
somewhere else. After looking at the pics
again here, I noticed that the photography is
very well done!

Glad you like the figure. Ebroin did an awesome
job on this.
 
Thanks Taesung for the comments- I saw them, I should of replied sooner to your posts..... Great combo you have with Ebroin. Keep up the great products- nice figures are always easier to paint.

Carl- the original subject was a picture from a Concord book on the US GI's in Europe. He was standing near a cellar door amongst the rubble of nearby buildings. It seemed a natural to add that into the base.
