And congrats...

Hi Taesung,

Very nice! (y)

Many congrats here: :D

1) On your 100th 1/35 scale product release (note I didn't say 100th 1/35 scale figure ;) )
2) Your 1st 1/48 scale product releases
3) The recent "The Model of the Year 2010" award by Modell Fan magazine at Nürenburg for the WSS "Prinz Eugen" Gebirgsjager

(y)(y)(y)

Great days for Alpine! Onward and upward my friend!

Rudi :)

Especially like the 1/48 tank crew in U Boat jacket. Would be ideal if the other one opens his mouth a little. Might have to cut him like Joker.

These are very nice indeed and very natural poses - have always a keen interest in what Alpine produces especially in 1/16 scale.(y)

Totally agree! Their 1/16 is the most interesting not lease because of the wide range of sculptors contributing to the range, each of them with a unique style but equally crisp details.

They're alive, they're alive!

TS, long time no see 'em. Anyway, thanks for finally getting around to producing the little buggers.

The figgies by Krisztian Bodi are also outstanding too! Seated figures are not easy to do well, but this one looks very natural. Really nice. Excellent painting too....

Thanks for the kind words, gents!
Hope to see them painted up by you all. :D

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical to go into 1/48 scale.
Many of my dealers had warned me. However I am happy to
announce that almost half of 300 units (each) had already
been ordered by Alpine dealers in one day. Thank you all
for the support.

TS

Dear Gents

I am very thankful and happy to announce that
Alpine's 1/48 figures are almost all sold to Alpine
dealers at this point.

48001: around 200 sold out of 300
48002: around 200 sold out of 300
48003: around 280 sold out of 300

A few dealers are yet to place orders. At this rate,
I suspect they will be all gone in a week or two.

To show appreciation for this support, I plan to
release another set at least once every year. :)

If you haven't, please place your order now at your
local hobby shop or one of the Alpine dealers.

Thank you again!
