You have got me excited with the "set 1" wording. Love the guy holding the ammo can, are we going to see "set 2" with the 2 guys lighting up a smoke?
Don't tell me I have to wait till May for another figure set!!!!! ( stamping my foot at same time)

I plan to have set #3 by next mid next year. ;)

I really like these guys, excellent work as always Taesung.....I sculpted this guy in 1/9 many moons ago with non accurate information......digitial age and better photographs sure would have been useful. I think we need him in 1/16th as well:)

I know... but there seems to be some guys out there that are not open to new researches and info.... still holding dearly onto the US poncho myth.

Very interesting thread and congratulations for the figures. Just a curiosity, maybe I am missing something. If the trousers are Italian camo, then shouldn't they show an Italian camouflaged pattern?
Regards,
Alessandro

Good point!
This MG gunner wearing Italian camo pants was not something I could have
proved or explained.

Since I was not 100% sure of it, I decided not to mention it to
Dr. Kim when the box art was being done... it was just my hunch
after looking closely at the seam lines on the thighs.

Also, I was expecting to catch some heavy flaks from the old guards
who still believe firmly in this MG gunner wearing US poncho and US
over-pants. (You will see this came true over at Missing Lynx figure section right now)
I would have been hanged, drawn and quartered over at ML if the figure
had been painted with Italian camo.

I love the figures
When the people that whinge about the angle of the ammo box even though it is easy to fix ( even though I know it was done right just posed wrong) when they can sculpt as half as good as you, then I will maybe listen to their silly/ borderline negative comments.
Seriously let them go back and use Verlindens figures
I am a huge fan of your figures T50 and they add a little bit of happiness to my life.
