Good Day All,

Here are some in progress pictures of a figure I have been working on. It is an Alpine Miniatures figure with a Hornet head. I have it mostly completed, other than basing it. I still am not sure what I want to do with it, either stand alone, or part of a larger vignette. Thanks for looking. This one is still on my bench, so if you see anything that needs addressed let me know. It won't hurt my feelings.

The painting looks good tome , do like the way you’ve shadowed the folds on the clothing especially the greatcoat

Figure looks ideal for a Vignette or Diorama

I have decided to give this guy some company, so I have started two more figures from Alpine. I went with the US machine gun crew holding the Browning .30. I have attached a picture of my progress so far on the second figure. I had the day off, so I was able to get a few hours on the bench, and get a big part of this figure painted.

Looking good, I like how you have shaded and highlighted the greatcoat, I can almost feel the texture.

I decided to put this on a temporary base for a local show coming up in a couple of weeks. Once I have the other figures completed I will remove this and add it to the planned vignette.
