Alpine Waffen SS tank crewmen painting

Hello!
I have several Alpines figures to paint. For me they are the best 1/35 figures in the market.
My next project is the Waffen SS tank crewmen wearing the german M43 panzer coveralls in 1944:

I would like to know if I could paint these coveralls and cap in the italian cammo pattern as shows the picture bellow.

I appreciate any help.
