AMAZING SERVICE CGS Miniatures

I wanna share this with all of you, because this service is beside my imagination.

At Euromilitaire I bought a 120 mm Figure at CGS Miniatures.
Started the figure 2 weeks ago and find out that there where some missing parts from the balustrade. So I contact Graham (CGS) and he send me a complete new balustrade (i missed only two parts) and thousand apoligies.
Started the assembling further and again I found 2 very little parts missing. Emai to Graham and got this parts with some amazing gift for the trouble he gave me.

Lets face this: It whas at Euro, alot of people buying, looking, grasping into the figures, so the men needs all his ears and eyes. At the same time is he packing my figure, so it is more obvious that he is missing some small parts when somebody is talking to him.

I only want my missing parts......beside that I GOT MORE then where I asked for.

(And for the discussion for buyers from recasters: Where do you go with the complains.)

Ditto that - I had no problems at all. Plus the kit I got had detailed painting instructions - which are a rarity I find.

I'm not sure I really deserve them as it is not acceptable to have missing parts and there are no excuses.
Thank you for being so understanding, I try to do my best if it does happen, it is something that I wish to put fully right and concentrate on this year so it doesn't happen.
