Hi Folks,

IS ANYBODY IN THERE ?

I m glad to preview my third GI Figure in 110mm scale 1:16.

The Original foto shows that this GI is wearing trousers in a normal brown colorversion and the camelyellow jacket. He is also waering a special helmetnet and paraboots - both worn in this time period.

The stripe on the weapon is not finished. This are the first pics from the resin cast.

This figure was sculpted for my painter A. Gey ( he likes kakhi colors ). It also was inspired by Maurice Corry figures. -

The weapon and the stripe is casted in whitemetal. The rest of the figure is compleatly casted it resin.

I hope you like it !!

Best regards,
Ulrich

Thanks for your words, there are milk and honey for an artist.
I m maybe the captured ugly german- in there.:)
Specially when I dedicated the figure for a friend.:)
Sure I have changed a little the pose from the original and position from the head so you can see better the Cigar and chewing gum.

:)

Hello Ulrich,

I'm glad to see you here on the Planet and will be even happier to meet you again in Kulmbach next month (you will be there, won't you?) :D

BTW, terrific figure! I like the natural pose with just the right amount of tension to make it stand out.

Thanks Lee for your notice, so I m glad too, that YOU will come again back to Kulmbach. Some Times are gone that we meet us on a show.
For me is Kulmbach Tradition, more than even and never boring !!
Familyparty worldwide at home.:)

Long time indeed, my friend.

We will be in Kulmbach as 'visitors' because we were too late to book for a stand. If you need anything, just shoot me an e-mail.

You know, like me, not the details only formed the charactor of a figure, thats is the never ending periphere, they teach you everywhere to have a right look.
I think on this planet I will be Home.

Ulrich, I think you did an excellent job here. great workmanship and I agree with everyone, i think you captured the scene perfectly.
