hello Friends,

18 years ago i started a project with a 1/350th scale boat i had won in a contest .... The Kraken !

i sculpted the partial head with natural white clay, added some (real) fish sticks to it and ... i finally stashed it as i didn't see where to go.

Today i decided to bring it back to life and gave it a GO :)
basically i did cut the boat to an angle and glued it on the base, then i started working on tentacles with super sculpey, Now i will add more and trying myself at sculpting :) let's see where it finally leads.

take care my friends and stay safe !

Looks like a fun project Franck! (y) Coming along nicely.

Cheers,
Ken

thanks Ken,
actually i am wondering if people would be interested here as this is not a strictly figure related project ... but my goal is to paint it as a figure (including the boat) so we'll see if it finds its place here on PF :)

I'll be following this. The head of the kraken makes it technically a bust, right?
