Why

Hello Tommi,
I found this figure from Frank Konetzke called "Pray the Lord" in 75mm and 2 years old:

Question: In the world of miniature soldiers is there something like copyright or intelectual property?

I believe the question is raised with validity for very obvious reasons..you know...like opening a fast food franchise with two golden arches...get the point,,,still the Andrea figure looks great and the first one its pose praying is so unusual it is in my opinion a very good job in portraying a common action like praying, good rendition of face for the praying one and good strong facial expression for the Andrea version.

Both figures in white are based on the same illustration, so as far as that goes it's the original illustrator who is being infringed by Andrea here if they didn't ask for permission (for the record: because it's an exacting copy in details, pose etc. obviously you can't copyright the subject matter :))

I think the plate has been posted here on pF before if anyone wants to try to hunt it down.
