This figure by Andrea Miniatures has grabbed my attention. I have never bought a figure from these guys and kind of wonder what they're like.
In particular the true size of they're 54mm figures, the quality of they're sculptin', and also the fit of parts.
I say this 'cos a lot of they're figures don't look right in some cases! This one though stands out!

Any info' would be well appreciated.

Varies quite a bit - as you commented yourself some look dodgy and others are much nicer. Historical accuracy isn't a strong feature of their stuff as a general rule; not that it's great in historical figures from nearly any maker, but Andrea have some real doozies in their stable.

...the true size of they're 54mm figures...
From near to 54mm to the average for '54mm' figures today from the Continent, about 62-65mm.

...the quality of they're sculptin'...
Weak through average to quite good - highly dependant on the figure. But regardless the casting quality often lets them down and their QC is very poor (I'd go so far as to say appalling).

...and also the fit of parts.
About average in my experience.
