looks like i'll be placing another order with Andrea soon

every cent i make seems to get pumped back into new figures :)

i think they are all good but one of the dogs is the splitting image of my dog

Andrea line of "Third Reich" figures is quite nice, but I don't know why didn't they put a little more effort to make those figures resemble a little bit more to the actual people (Hitler, Heydrich and now Goring)?! Heydrich looks more like Kenneth Branagh (although not too much for a definitive spot on!), and the Goring is laughable...

Barber poles are becoming popular.
I think the Goering figure is well sculpted.
Nice to see a couple more dogs but they appear to be anatomically challenged to me (but who am I to talk!).
I'd like to see some dogs in larger scales as well.

The brown dog is right out of the Squire and dog kit and as it appears in that kit is a pretty poor cast and needs work to finish. The brindled dog looks good. Both look fat. As stand alone pieces they are pretty handy.

More German Shepherds!!! (You can never have too many GSD's)

The Egyptian is a nice sculpt but something about it seemed off, then I noticed that there seems to be an extra line of muscle between the pectorals and the abdomen.

The Norman is my favorite of these and I will definately be looking at these at the next show I attend.
After the Templar Sergant bust(and I mean that both ways), I will never buy another Andrea figure sight unseen. I want to hold it, look at it and examine it closely before buying. That means no more Andrea mail order, location buy only from now on.

I think the egyptian figure looks more like a contemporary "guy the ladies would really like" than an actual soldier. Too toned and muscled. Also the blade, wouldn't that need to be copper colored or did the egyptians already have iron by then? I seem to remeber something about that in an old Osprey Elite book "Egypt, new kingdom army", or a title like that...
