It should come as no surprise to anyone to see yet another one of these JMD scots appear on the forums, as they are fantastic figures and will prove very popular. Perhaps show organizers should consider dedicating a separate category for these as you'll be seeing a lot more of them. Here is my latest effort. I decided to forgo putting a lot of barbed wire and mud on this figure, as I decided to portray this scot as fighting in some of the earliest battles of 1914, prior to the full development of trench warfare. That and the fact I was just too lazy to make my own barbed wire.
I have to say was truly a 54mm scale compared to the other JMD figures I have (Senegalese trumpeter and the Guard Mobile 1870) and it was a little smaller than my prefered 70-75mm figures. So I was really happy with the way he turned out but of course, I would happily except any comments you all have, as I am sure you all may be able to spot something I've missed. Let me know what you think of the black and white photo, as I was playing around with my photo editing soft ware.
Cheers;
Glenn
