Hi everybody,

Here are some pics of my lats work: 82nd airborne paratrooper in normandy

This is a metal figure from Soldiers - I have changed the original head for a 1/16 drangon plastic head!! ( as usual for me!! I like to changed or scult the head of my figures!! I've got to visit my psychanalist!!;))

Critics are wellcome of course.

Hope you like it

Francky

It looks great!
So the 1/16 Dragon head fits the 90mm Soldiers figure? How odd, but it looks great. Better than the original I think.

Cheers,
Adrian

Adrian,
yes, I take the head of dragon 1/16 plastic kit: ''bataillon 500 fallmigjager'' !!! It's almost a 90 mm and not a real 1/16 !! with putty inside the head, you can glue it with cyanolit glue

Superb! Love the painting style and the dragon head swap is brilliant. So, out of curiosity, is it just the head that scales out to 90mm or does the whole Dragon figure and equipment?

Thanks,

Adrien

This Paratrooper turned out great, to include the partial wall and groundwork. I like the change you made with the head, it makes it different from the rest. Magnifique (y)!

Thank you very much guys
To Adrien Campbell: I 've just change the head and I had to re-create ( soory I don't know how to tell it in english!) the ''belt'' in the helmet and the both side of the face ( with little plastic card). the rest of equipment was good enough and no needed to be changed;
The translation of the tittle can be:'' To stand fast until the daybreak come. night of 5 and 6 june 1944''

I like your version of one of my favourite figures. I agree with others that the head conversion suits the figure well. It gives the figure a more "American" look whereas the original head has more of an "Italian" expresion to it.
