Anyone Know What's Up With Red Lancers?

I've been trying to get in touch with Red Lancers about an order for several weeks now, but haven't gotten a response. I've sent a number of emails to the email listed on the 'Contact Us' page from their website and tried calling the number listed their too, but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.

I've dealt with them in the past and had received excellent customer service. I know in the midst of all of this was the Chicago show (which I assumed they traveled to), so perhaps with that my emails just got overlooked. I will keep trying, but I wanted to see if anyone in the community might know a bit more about why they were so hard to get a hold of lately.

Chuck died a few months ago.

John Bowery said that Chuck had passed on, and that his family aren’t doing anything with the shop. It looks like it’s folded up.

Chuck passed away right after the Fourth of July.

Yeah, the family is not going to keep the business going. It's possible that they may take Chuck's tables one last time at our show (MFCA) and liquidate stock, but that's just speculation on the part of some of us in the club.

It's gone from what I understand. Brick & mortar storefront is closed down and apparently being used for storage.
