I have to agree Al...............I can't remember any manufacturer being up front about a problem and contacting thier customers before they even know about the problem. My hat is off to Young for handling it this way. I also have much more respect for Young in being up-front about the issue. (y)

Hi folks,
I've got this figure. But nothing wrong with the arm or the cape. It"s a beauty
Kind regards,
Gilbert :) :)

MIne was one of the faulty ones, but with some minor resculpting I managed to fix it, which does not distract from the beauty of this piece. I must say Young has been very gracious with his offer, I did try to contact him but my e-mail kept getting fired back. Most definately not down to Young.Fault or no fault I would have still painted this gem. Thanks for the great service, a lesson more well established manufacturers should learn. Hardy

From what Young has told me, not all of the Roman Officers has this problem. The first one I painted was fine and the one I still have on the shelf is good too. So it does not effect all the castings.......just some
