Adding to my Medusa collection, this time it's Aradia Miniatures Medusa in approx 75mm. Another outstanding kit and once again the assembly order got me in trouble. Seems that the tolerances are so tight that if you don't assemble in the correct order (and they don't tell you) you'll find out 2/3s of the way thru that something doesn't fit... hence the broken spear. I told myself a story at it was broken as she was turning him to stone...
I also can't leave OSL alone and tried it again. Constructive critiques welcome. and thanks for looking.

Hi there

Good to see your projects , looks a complicated piece to put together so I will buy into your story !

Like the painting on this , clever effects with the OSL and I think it works well

Why not enter something into FOTM as well as voting in previous months and also put something into the Vignette & Diorama comp as well

Thanks tor sharing

Happy benchtime

Stay safe

Thanks guys.
Nap: looking at the parts, it doesn't look difficult, but there's some special way it has to go together to make the spear avoid her left wing... ;)
I will look at FOTM Thanks for the invite.

Nice job. I have this one in the stash and have done a dry fit. And I agree, it's a tricky assembly.

Thanks!

Yes! And to anyone else that has it in their stash, but hasn't tried a dry fit - DON'T do the apparent logical thing first - gluing the soldier to the rocks...:meh:
