Has anyone any experience of dealing with this company?

I have kit with a poorly cast drum which is not in my capability to put right. I have sent them two E,Mails in the past two weeks, the first in English the second in Spanish with no reply. I sent pictures of the problem and suggested they could replace the piece at Sevres where they usually trade.

No response.

Hi Keith
Which kit is it? I've had a few Art Girona 54mm figures and been happy with all. There was a small piece missing from the edge of the shield on the recently completed Agamemnon which I filled with solder, but generally I've been happy with the quality.
Hopefully you'll get it replaced or sorted out - Did you buy it directly from them or one of the UK distributors?

I have the same problem with the lip or flange on the Drum Paul, about half of it is cast the rest missing. It is the Barcelona Drummer so it is quite small for a 54mm figure.

I bought from a UK supplier but hopefully Art Girona will come back with something if I make a nuisance of myself....LOL

I have many Art Girona figures and some had thick mould lines and some parts were simply unsalvageable.
However, and this is what matters, they did replace any problematic piece and sent them to me free of charge.
I received the parcel without any email saying that they were taking care of the problem so just send them pictures, your address and I guess same thing will happen to you.
