Atlanta Show Deadlines and More Info.

Hi Everyone,

Just want to post this 'final' call for a couple of
things...

The last day to make reservations, to get the
special show rate, is Feb. 3rd. That date is fast approaching.
Also, IF anyone is having any issues with getting
that rate or any hotel issues, please email our show
chairman, Mark McGinnis at mmpr8hd at aol.com

Pre-registration is still open and those should be
post marked by Jan. 31. For those pre-registered,
the doors will be open to you at 6:30 p.m. to present
your paperwork and set up your display.

The hotel offers free shuttle service from the MARTA
station if anyone is flying in and wants to take the train
from the airport. The stop you will want is BROOKHAVEN
Station. Call the hotel and they have a shuttle that
runs every hour on the hour. Please make sure you take the MARTA Train and NOT the MARTA Bus.

On Saturday and Sunday we will have additional parking across the street from the hotel. Signs will be up with
directions to extra parking.

We will also have an additional vendor room at the show this
year. There will be signs posted, you can't miss it.
If you were at our show last year, it is the room across
the hall from the Seminar and Awards presentation room.

MARTA

One other note:

For those of you coming and flying in.
IF your taking the MARTA train.
Take the GOLD Line to the Brookhaven Station
then call the hotel for the shuttle.

More Information.....

We are in our final stretch for the show.

Just a couple of things to mention:

The additional parking across the street from the hotel is in a office building
parking lot. It is only to be used for daytime parking / no overnight.
IF your staying at the hotel and you have to park there.. please be
sure to move your car back into the hotel parking lot at night.
There should be parking in the evening in the hotel lot.

Also... you should have received a hotel email confirming your stay.
Take a look at that email, it gives a lot of information to links on
weather, transportation, things to do, places to eat. , shopping, etc.
They also confirm your room rate... so please check it out.

Updated Schedule

We have show schedules printed that will tell you:

Seminar times and presenter
Show schedule for the weekend
We will have a few 'special' displays up in the exhibit room
Hospitality hours and location
Location of the additional Vendor room.
Location of the seminar and awards room
Inside the schedule is a map of the vendor room, vendors tables will
be numbered.

Pick up a schedule at Registration or General Admission.
