Availability of 1/35 Mini Soldiers

I've have noticed that a lot of their range is out of stock at various vendor sites. Are these just limited runs and if you miss them you are out of luck does Mini Soldiers re-run their figures? Which vendor seems to have the best stock & service for US buyers? TIA
