Central-Americans were short (very short in some cases) so their proportions are likely to be different to a typical European frame, as depicted in the mannequin. Plus, there's the question of scale: at 1/32 an Aztec would be roughly 49-51mm tall, not approximately 54mm which I presume the mannequin is. Also, shape of head isn't the same and facial features are of course very different :)

The McBride illustrations of the Aztecs, although inspiring, are very poor on accurate detail. The maguey-fibre padded protection worn under the bodysuits for example was three or four fingers thick in places; then a thin garment is draped and stretched over it - likely giving the Aztec knight somewhat of the appearance of an American football player in baggy trousers!

Thank you. I was to lazy to even bother(and I not realy sure that I am that skilled yet) trying to convert the figures ethnical apperance. I was not sure what I was supposed to make him into in the start. I was having thoughts of making him into a Mycenian Greek, 30 years war, Napoleonic, first after I had assembled him I decided to go for the Aztek warrior priest.
