For those of you who don't all ready know, The History Channel is showing the Band of Brother series! Just thought I would pass this along as it is a great series.

Check your local listing for show times.

I read over on "Trigger Time" that each episode will be followed by a special edition of "Mail Call," each dedicated to a different aspect of the 101st. Airborne.

Also, today they had another program about the 101st after the special Mail Call! We are getting bombared with airborne stuff...cool!

History Channel also rerun the program at 12:00 Midnight Central 1 AM Eastern :)

thanks for the heads up anders i do already own the dvds but glad to know, has anyone heard if tom hanks or steven spielberg plan on doing any more war movies. i mean they really should no one captures it like them.well thanks again johnnyboy

Yes, that is correct. Locations have been scouted throughout the South Pacific and screenwriting is underway. The miniseries will be somewhat based on the book "Flags of our Fathers" and will center around a fictional USMC battalion throughout the island-hopping campaigns.
