Wow, cool piece! Reminds me a bit of the little characters from the movie "9". I'm with Ben, colors are unlimited for this. Would also like to know what he is holding. Thanks for sharing!

Hi,
he is holding ... hmmm ... a dry root perhaps? Or something wormlike? I think, this is in the eye of the beholder - or painter.
The mini looks really like a char in "9", a very underrated film.

Ridvan, I could't agree more! I'm a huge fan, just something about that movie I really liked. My kids and I saw it in the theater when it came out and I bought it the first day it came out on Blue Ray! We still enjoy watching it. A classic in my video library to be certain.

Oh, and I could see some very interesting lighting techniques used to emphasize a glowing little "thing" in his hand as well. Thanks for the quick response!

For the people, who don't know what we are talkin about:

9 is not like Ice Age and other animated films. Its a film about surviving, friendship, betrayal ... and hope in a doomed world.

Ok, but now back to topic... :)
It is long ago as i paint minis (only amateur quality and for fun!). But when i look to this bust, i feel a a well known prickle in my fingers.

I take it the "hair" is supposed to be exhaust steam?
A very nice figure which leads itself to be anthromorphised to be really cute.
Congratulations

Melanie
