For the two figures they are from Enterprise the next Generation

The figures are not finished.

Stephan, for the female figures I would suggest something simple...

If you look at some of the star Trek modelling sites, there are many, many, star fleet emblems and pins etc etc. You did not say what size they are, but, there should be something that may either make a base, or at the least, dress up a base.

Also, there are multitudes of books on star trek, they can give you some ideas as well.
