Tomorrow (18th April) is the anniversary of the Battle of Dybbol
which was fought in 1864 between the The kingdoms of Prussia and Denmark during the 2nd Schleswig War.

This little vignette using 30mm figs is inspired by the attached painting of the Danish 8th Brigade counter attacking the Prussians. During this attack the 8th Brigade lost about half their men killed, wounded or captured and prevented a total rout of the Danish forces.

Are you sleeping sometimes???:D Great vignette of this war, lovely painted (as always)!(y) Are the figures from the Rieger range?
This war is here in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein still very present with memorial stones and small museums. In the last year I've visited an exhibition on this subject in Rendsburg (Schleswig-Holstein). Very interesting topic!

Cheers Thomas
