Hi Everyone.
This is my latest,Verlinden 1/35 scale.
The camel is about 90% airbrushed, the rest of the model is mainly acrylic
I feel I must stop deluding myself that I can work effectively in such a small scale.however I enjoyed painting this none the less.
I hope you like.
Cheers.
Ralph.

Ralph, @ 1/35th,..It gets my vote, well done.(y) ... This would be a real cracker next to an 'LRDG', vehicle, the occupants being engaged in conversation. ..Under the odd Verlinden Palm tree. I do like this.

Steve makes an excellent point there. That's the reason we started this in the first place.

Nice to see an old piece like this resurrected. Did it show it age particularly when doing it?

Very nice work Ralph, the camel looks like he's just come out of the desert,he has a dusty look to him which is great,I think youv'e handled the figure very nicely as well mate, congratulations on a great job

Thanks Blind, much appreciated.
IMO the kit stands up well to todays standards. There were very large casting blocks covering the body and legs on each half, which took me about an hour to carefully sand down on each half.
