Couple of weeks ago I placed a order for a few Beautiful bases (all in stock) but when I received the invoice I found the shipping cost slightly expensive. After paying, wrote an email to Balázs Schuller my disappointment and he explained to me that unfortunately rates are high... something I understand perfectly because is a matter far beyond of his control.
Today when I open the package I saw that Black army modells has sent me a bust as gift to compensation of the shipping cost. This action was a surprise and I want to spread the kindness and professionalism of this gentleman.
