Bomber Pilot - "From Russia with Love"

Hi Guys ,

Completed this little cracker from AC Models , added the badges on the cap , the slogan says " For the Homeland" .

As always painted using Acrylics and Water Soluable Oils

Really liked the face on thsi one , bit of work to put together right or maybe its my bannana sized fingers!!!

He now has a nameplate !!!

I agree the face is first class when I opened the thread I didn't read the title properly . I saw the face and said to my self he looks more Russian than German. So a little confused but all became clear.
' Are you sure of the Russian written on the bomb.???

Thanks for comments I thought the title ( which is on the nameplate ) was quite good ..and I thought of it all on my own...with a memory of a film!!

As for the slogan it should be Homeland ( I changed it!.....I knew it had land in it somewhere ...it was early!!) ......the details were taken off a T34/41 which saw action in 1942 .......and it looked the easiest to paint ...Wrong!

Hi Nap, I have just seen it, cool idea!

Inscription is fine, just needs another small tail on letter D - 3d character in "roDiny" - same as you have done on the end
