Hi Mark,
Click on Nap's avatar (picture), a box will open up. You will see a line called start a conversation, click on that and it will open the PM facility. Then it's just like an e-mail...type in your title and then click below to enter the main body of your message. When finished, scroll down and you will see a send button called start a conversation, hit that and your in business on the PM facility. Hope this helps.
