Boxes and packaging supplies?

Ok, I tried getting help from the google gods and came up with few options. So I'm here asking you wise folks out there. I'm looking for info on custom boxes and foam for packaging. Basically, without going and asking miniatures companies where they get their supplies at, can anybody here point me in the right direction.
I'm looking for packaging boxes in dark blue and grey or dark blue foam to package them into. To package kinda like this....

I'll get the art printed onto stickers to add to the boxes.

Just the cards. Not planning on thousands of units mind you. And hopefully US based.

Are your figures going to be anything like your pencil drawings? If so, I want one of each. That is some very impressive work sir and the story line is right up my alley.
