British WW1 Vs WW2 Stretchers?

I'm hoping someone with more knowledge than me can answer the following question -

Were there any differences between British WW1 stretchers and WW2 stretchers?

This is a WW1 stretcher -

Absolutely no difference. These were still used and manufactured into WW2 (and later) with no change at all to the stretchers, the handles or the folding mechanism. There was, however, also a lightweight "airborne" folding stretcher which was quite different in design from these.
