Hi Georgi

That’s a very different subject , didn’t realise this was in use , one brave man to use it ...must have been terrifying

The weapon is nicely detailed as is the face , if I may would also be good with more movement in the pose ?

It would make a good bust with it on his shoulder perhaps

Really good to see the references ...grenades as well

Thanks for sharing

Happy 3D

An interesting and unusual subject for sure. The only other same-subject figure that I'm aware of is this Romeo 54mm released back in the '00s.

Now you know something new. :) Well, there are so many things we don't know about.
Actually, couple of years ago I also didn't know about "Hand Greek fire", and by education I am historian... So... :)

Thank you for your kind words, Nap!
It must have been terrifying for their enemies... :) These guys were very well protected by groups of heavily armed soldiers when they fought in the open field.
The pose of the figure is more static in order to be used on different kind of dioramas. With that simple pose, can be placed on a Byzantine war ship or on a Medieval castle walls or on an open field. Also can be easily converted in to a bust or a half figure. That's my idea... :)
