My latest completed Mil-Mart semi flat sculpted by Ken Farrar. This represents a Colour Sergeant of the Rifle Brigade (formally the 95 Rifles) in the Crimean War.

Another fine piece from Ken and a joy to paint. That makes ten finished Mil-Mart figures with two more to go................ until another four arrived this morning :D

Many thanks as always Nap. The green is a bit darker in real life. Not sure if I will have anything up to FOTM this month, will see how it goes :)

That's nice. I have a soft spot for these three light regiments (RB, KRRC and 52nd) as they morphed into the Royal Green Jackets in the early '60s, and that was my TAVR unit for a lot of years.

Thanks again Phil. I have three more Crimean ones to do, 7th Fusiliers, 93rd Highlander and Royal horse artillery officer. Sadly, I have no links to any military. My granddad served in India but I have no idea what he was in. Nearest I got was playing in the TA band when I was in Chesterfield but when it reached the point they wanted me to sign up to continue, I was on trial, I decided not to.
