Forte, not sure about that, on what basis do you make that accusation?. A guy in Russia has bought the moulds of a lot of the range and is selling them as painted figures-He is casting them in White Metal and selling the painted figures in original Seil Boxes. I bought a very nicely painted Taisho figure from the guy in the Lake District who is the UK distributor for the range. I can't vouch for the USA site you have flagged up but they may be from the same source. The 90mm Samurai was £66 including UK postage. They are very competitively priced around £55 for a 54mm foot figure and £190 for one of the 54mm Mounted Indians.

Because I've looked through his selling list and can spot one from Alexandros Miniatures listed as Tin and the same with an Andrea piece too. Both are still currently sold by those companies too.

Hi Forte,

We owned all SEIL's master and cast to release them.
SEIL's pre-owner is working in our company to improve our figures' quality.

Thanks,
Daniel

Hi, Keith, you hit the red flags right there-"Russia", "casting in white metal" and "original boxes". I have to say, I'd be suspicious, too. But Daniel's post provides clarification.

Prost!
