Can you explain the V Bench Please

Hi

I am sorry for asking a probably daft question but can somebody explain the V Bench area.

I do post and try to put pics of my work in the relevant forums but would a VBench be better or easier to access for viewers.

I dont really understnd the concept or haw to post in that section.

A vbench keeps all your work together. If you posted 6 months ago in the painting forum it would be burried in that forum by now. If you also posted in the sculpting forum at that same time it too would be 10 to 20 pages deep in the sculpting forum. If you had posted your work in your vbench it would be right there within a couple of pages at most. Also, others use their vbench to set up a link in their signiture when posting in other forums that link anyone back to your vbench where all your work in progress is stored...If I wanted to see a project you finished 2 months ago I could go to your vbencg and scroll down the topics and find it.

Hope this answers some of your questions.....if not.....ask some more.

Is there an article regarding the "how to" on setting up a Vbench?

And Graham, it's not a daft question as I have the same confusion! (But perhaps I am daft as well.)
