Cap'n Barbos (Cartoon Miniatures)

Hi Folks,
Saw this at one of the shows last year and it made me smile, so had to buy it.
Scale is listed as 40mm. (it measures around 45mm without the hat).
Painted in oils over enamels with some printers inks thrown in.
