Castle Miniatures - excellent service

I bought a "Dog's Life" miniature from Castle Miniatures awhile ago and it was a very good casting. I contacted them to request information about the tartan as I had painted only one other previously. They responded by sending me images of different tartans and followed up by sending two miscast figures I could practice on. That was great customer service! It did help me to complete the figure to my satisfaction.

Again, great customer service.

Not at all surprised, Doug........... I've always found Alex to be one of the best there is. There are two
kilted figures in the 'Dog's Life' series, which one did you opt for ?

As a complete contrast, a company which I won't name, but who is spoken well of on here consistently ignores my correspondence. As a result I will never buy from him.

I opted for the Highlander Officer (see attached). Did it for my sister-in-law who has a Sheltie named Shiloh. Only change was to add more fur to the Collie to hopefully better represent a Sheltie . Never posted a photo before.
