Hi Ken ,
Nice subject , good to see you are still sculpting and this time its military , looking at the figure in the final pic the sidburns on the left hand side looks less prominant compared to the other side , nice details on the helmet , any chance of a close up of this and the shoulder scales ? If this is cast then I would like to paint this one .

What was your inspiration/reference for this one , very similar to an Alpha Image bust I have in th eold grey army .

Kev, yes well spotted I've corrected his sideburns. The inspiration came from a set of old Tradition mags I'd borrowed from fellow Pf member redtom, in one it showed a pic of a helmet worn by Custer and as I'd never seen Custer in anything but a cowboy style hat I thought it would be something different.
In regards to close-ups I've tried but until I trade in my old Brownie camera for somehing more modern -OK I'll try again. Many thanks Ken
