Nice! I have tried to get this figure several times but they are always sold out..:cry:
 
John, Jason, Chris, Captain Lol, swralph - thanks very much for the feedback.

This was quite a tricky kit. Superb casting but some teensy parts - whisker thin in some cases - which would have been better cast in metal. I had to do quite a bit of repair work! Really good though if you're into building sailing frigates and don't have sausage fingers like me.

I also felt there was a danger of over-painting all that detail - hope I got the balance right.

Next project probably a one piece bust . . . :D
 
I have been looking at this kit for a while now, you have done a great job. Its a superb piece and you have done it justice Ben

Thanks for the kind words, Ben. I think the kit is currently available - if you can afford to cough up the readies for it ;)
