Nick Majerus has released another flat depicting Co. Rush Hawkins of the American Civil War. This flat is done in a yellow resin and is 80mm in height. Each flat I have seen Nick sculpt is better detailed than the one before.

Packaged in a zip-lok bag with the color guide on the front the flat is sandwiched between two layers of sturdy card.

Above you see the front and back of the flat needing minimal clean-up prior to painting.

Above left you see a side view to show the depth of detail more and the photo on the right shows the actual thickness being held in my hand.

Above is the finished flat framed (frame not included ) to show an example of how it can be displayed.

Conclusion:
Another excellent flat produced by Regimental S4 and highly recommended for those ACW enthusiasts.

Nice review guy. What a great way to display a Civil War flat/relief. For anyone interested this company makes frames/cases for Civil War period and earlier photographs. They are a bit pricey, but a classy way to display your piece. ~Gary

Very nice work. I apreciate what went into this. I look forward to seeing more, as the level of detail looks fairly crisp and seems to have been faithfully reproduced in the casting process.

Great flat! I can never get enough of civil war figures. Btw you can probably find cheaper (pricewise) photograph presentation frames from some of the civil war sutlers who supply reenactors. I got mine from Orchard hill sutlers.
