converting Piper Mackay to Gordon Highlander Advice please

Hi all!

I have been asked to paint Romeos Piper Kenneth Mackay as a 92nd Gordon highlander!
Apart from the tartan what else will need addressing to convert this figure?

Due to time considerations I cannot get into any major conversion work so any advice or ideas for quick and easy ways to change this fellow over would be greatly appreciated

PS ... I loath working in White Metal But I couldn't resist painting that face

hi Mark done some research through my uniform books

Should be a relatively easy conversion:

The regimental lace is the same shape and spacing was the same so just paint them as 92nd.

The collar and cuff facings were yellow for the 92nd

then different tartan

hat the same
