I think that the Afrika Korps usually tied the heads of their fallen enemies to the saddles of their dromedars - a historical detail easily overlooked.

Nevertheless nice but a bit overdone action poses IMHO and I would have loved them as a kid but most probably they would have been out of reach for my pocket money back then - I remember buying one box of smallscale Airfix soldiers for less that two Deutschmarks or a big box for around five Deutschmarks and then waiting till the next month to afford buying the next box with their opponents.

You're right, they are play soldiers made of rubber, appropriately posed to play in them.

Hi
Interesting and different in the details , camel , the flame thrower etc

Wonder what these would look like painted up .....are they able to be painted okay ?

Are there future plans to produce releases in resin ?

Thanks for sharing

Greetings, Nap!
Thank you for your appreciation and interest in our set. I'm sure that this set in color will look great), the material from which we make soldiers is two-component rubber plastic, it is perfectly at us paint, although it requires certain skills.
There are no plans to release in resin, as the models are made originally one-piece for molding from rubber plastic, and for casting from resin had to be divided into parts.

Great job! These are great for rubber plastic figures. They remind me of the old soldier/war comic books I would go and get every week. Then after reading them break out my army men and recreate the battles in the backyard. Building trenches, pill boxes, roads, lookout towers, as well as my guns of Navarone mountain base!

These would have been awesome to have !!!!!

And yes I am proud to say 50 years later I still have my army. Something had to protect me when I go to bed at night!!!!(y)

Todd, so glad our figures evoked such emotional memories, after all, that's what we make them for! Thanks for the estimate!
Denis.
