Hi Planeteers,

This is to present my personal experience and publicly give praise to Darkstar Miniatures for their exemplary customer care.

I recently put an order for the first time with this company and bought some colors from their Molten Metals series.
I was very happy with them except for one that was looking a lighter shade than what I expected.

An email with pictures was sent to Steve from Darkstar to ask if there was any possibility of getting a mislabeled bottle.
Steve replied that the color shade was normal in their range and if I wasn't happy with it, he was willing to refund me.
I asked him to propose which color was closest to what I wanted and not only he proposed the right color, he also offered free shipping for it.

Today I received the envelope and to my surprise there was a hand written message and an extra complimentary color bottle in it.
Someone could say it wasn't a huge cost for the company but what really counts and I appreciated most, was the thought.

How can I not buy from Darkstar miniatures again?
