Has anyone dealt with Diorama Studios for after sale service? I have their Polish Winged Husaria bust (DS-B003) in progress. It is a beautiful piece. The detail and casting are top-notch and the piece is a joy to paint. However, it appears I am missing two sprues of feathers The box art shows 38, the kit supplied 30 (6 sprues). I don't remember who I bought the kit from. Instead, I have attempted to contact the company several times since the fall, even offering to pay for them without any reply. Any help would be appreciated.

I have recently done this bust and the feathers are very fragile , especially when cutting 'em off the sprue I had enough in my kit in fact I had about 6 spare!
I havent dealt with Diorama studious direct but there is a distributor in England who buys direct from them and perhaps he can help you

PS Glad the Chinese bust arrived ok
I have a kit of theirs, the mounted Chosun General. It's not that geat and will require much strengthening to the horses legs - they are WAY TOO THIN. You can almost see through the resin! Also I found a part missing, emailed them and it's a good job I didn't hold my breath..........
