duel at brandy station

here are some pictures of my latest project a "duel" between union and confederate cavalry officers utilising two andrea horses Iwasn't happy with the union officer and have remodelled the arms since the photographs were taken I have also to do more work on the clothing of both figures. Any comments/criticism would be appreciated
I experimented with a black backgroud for the photographs but Imust have got the light levels wrong they are not as clear as I would like.
PS The smart money's on the confederate

From what I can see from the pictures it looks pretty good.

Try using a medium blue background, you just might get better results.

I agree with Rocco. A different background will do justice to your figures.
So, if it is possible make new pictures and post again.
The figure's looks great.

Thanks for your suggestions guys I'll put them into practice and re-post when I've done a bit more work
