Mikhail Ivanovich Avilov, one of the finest interpreters of Russian Realism - And the miniature is absolutely unbelievable! I'm speechless!!!

It's fantastic to see the expression Russian sculptors can output from their creations: Didn't start today - the Academism was raised to a new level in the finest Russian art schools way back to the XIX century. It's remarkable to see how this school is still so alive in the expression given in these creations.

Best vignette of 2015? Unquestionably. Of all time? It would be nominated for sure!

Best Igor Kordyukov sculpt and unquestionably a piece to be remembered for ever in the figurine world. Congratulations and thanks for bringing this to us, Alexey!!!
