Dullcote vs Flat Finish

Wondering if anyone knows of a difference between Testors #1260 Dullcote (lacquer) and Testors ModelMaster #1960 Flat Lacquer? Are they the same product in two different spray cans.

Dullcote is labelled "all-purpose paint" and MM1960 is "custom enamel".

I've used both with exactly the same results. I have to assume they are the same. HTH,
