It was a great show Paul. I haven't seen many pics online but I've not been actively looking for them to be fair. I only took a few of our own display, not many at all. As a club we did quite well with 4 of our guys getting a thumbs up from the judges including a Category winner. A good day was had by all, none more so than our newest member, Dave, who got his first commendation (he started modelling less than a year ago and this was only his second show).

I knew The Northants club would be there so I popped over to catch up with Gary Higgins but he'd pulled a sickie (some excuse about recovering from major surgery pfft ) but some of his stuff was on the table which was nice to see. Their club always has a nice spread of figures on display so it's always worth a look when you can.

All in all, a great start to the show season (for me at least, I didn't go to shuttleworth....too cold). Next one is this weekend at Hinckley

Oh brilliant Billy, I am genuinely so pleased for you all.

Next out for me us Valiant's show next week so alk the best for Hinkley on Sunday. I hope there's a bargaun or two.....apart from Tommy's wars great prices.

I am psrticularky pleased that the 'Higgins presence' was felt again, even if it was only in spirit on the table.
I have been concernef for Gary since christmas and apart from this Forum I have no means of contact to wish him well.
